Ferrari 166MM 'Barchetta'. 1949. Winner.

A significant milestone in 24 Hours history - first win for Ferrari - the first outright victory for the marque which would go on to be the most dominant team until the mid sixties.

Not a factory entry - but privately run by Peter Mitchell-Thomson (aka. Lord Selsdon) who co-drove with the US Ferrari importer Luigi Chinetti - his third win in the 24 hour race.
