Toyota GR010 Hybrid. 2022.
Toyota have been a staunch supporter of the great 24 hour race for many years, usually losing out to strong opposition from Audi and Porsche. The breakthrough for Toyota finally came in 2018, with the first of 3 consecutive wins for the TS050. This was then followed by 2 wins for the GR010, entered in the new Le Mans Hypercar category.
This car is the latest version of the GR010 hybrid and was driven to victory by Sébastien Buemi, Brendon Hartley and Ryo Hirakawa, having started on pole and eventually leading for 274 of the 380 laps completed.
